OSC TRAVEL CLUB INFORMATION RE 2024/2025 SEASON :-

 

The Travel Club arrange coach travel only (NOT MATCH TICKETS) to every away game apart from Champions League games and Man Utd. We do NOT arrange travel to any Home fixtures at ETIHAD stadium nor provide travel to the Women's games.

We now have a card reader and take payment at the time of booking by card payment going forward.

 

NOTE NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON ANY OF OUR COACHES AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.

Disabled fans are welcomed on our coaches but please note that we only have wheelchair lifts/access on board one of our coaches for max 2 wheelchairs. Passengers may thus be required to walk a few steps and get up a few stairs. If you are looking for travel and are completely wheelchair bound / unable to walk please contact me prior to booking to see if we can get a coach with disabled lift and wheelchair space on board but this is not guaranteed. DO NOT BOOK WITH US UNLESS I AM ADVISED RE PASSENGERS UNABLE TO WALK ONTO THE COACH...

PLEASE NOTE THAT SEATS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS THE COACH IS FULL AND WE ARE ABLE TO RESELL SEATS FROM A WAITING LIST.

Travel details for upcoming games:-

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AWAY v PSG

​​PSG v Man City –  Wed 22 January 2025 KO 9pm (local time).

I am currently looking into the POSSIBILITY of running a single decker coach to this game over a 3 day trip.

Itinerary will look something like this :-

Coach leaves pick up point around Midnight on Mon 20 Jan/Tues 21 January and travels overnight to the Channel Tunnel.

Early morning Tunnel to France, then arrive in Paris early afternoon on Tues 21 Jan.

Afternoon & evening free time to do what you wish.  Metro station close by offering transport to centre of Paris.

Stay overnight in a local hotel - I am looking at an IBIS which is apparently 2 stops from the PSG stadium on the local metro.

Wed am 22 Jan - day of the game.  Check out of the hotel mid morning then leave bags back on the coach.

Coach will then either stay at the hotel or travel to the ground.  Unsure at this time.

After the game, we will either jump back on the coach at the ground or get the metro back to the hotel and jump back on the coach there.  Coach will then travel overnight back to the UK via the Tunnel and be back in Manchester early afternoon on Thursday 23 Jan depending on what time we get the Tunnel train. 

Costs currently being finalised and I await hotel prices.

The total cost  is estimated at being no more than £250-275 per person.  Obviously the more people we get, the cheaper it will be.  Again, if you share a twin room it will be cheaper than a single room.    

I am looking for people to register interest and numbers with me asap as we will need to move quickly to secure the hotel rooms and Tunnel booking.

Deposits of £75-100 per person will be required at the time of booking and are NON REFUNDABLE.

Spurs v Man City –  Wed 30 October 2024 KO 8.15pm.  NOW SOLD OUT SORRY... 

NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON COACH.

We are running 1 single decker coach only to and from this game which is now sold out.  

Cost - £30 Adults; £25 under 16/Over 65.  

Leaving - Moston 12.15pm, Stadium Blue Car Park G 12.30pm (vehicle registration required ASAP by John), Chorlton St 12.45pm and Aldi/Crispins 1pm. Note we are going straight to the ground via services and not to Potters Bar FC.

NOTE THAT THE COACH DOES NOT PARK AT THE GROUND, IT WILL BE A 10-15 MIN WALK FROM THE GROUND MAYBE MORE.  I AWAIT CONFIRMATION OF WHERE WE WILL PARK.

We are running 1 single decker to and from this game.  

Cost - £35 Adults; £30 under 16/Over 65.  

Provisionally Leaving - Moston 6.30am, Stadium Blue Car Park G 6.45am (please advise your vehicle registration to John ASAP when booking), Chorlton St 7am and Aldi/Crispins 7.15am.  Limited parking spaces will hopefully be allocated on Blue Car Park G for this game - there is a concert on that evening so spaces will be limited,

Brighton v Man City –  Sat 9 November 2024 KO 5.30pm. 8 SEATS LEFT... NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE COACH.

We are running 1 double decker to and from this game.  Note we will allow some free time at Brighton Pier before heading up to the Ground hence the early departure.

Cost - £35 Adults; £30 under 16/Over 65.  

Provisionally Leaving - Moston 7/7.15am, Stadium YELLOW Car Park we hope 7.15/7.30am (please advise your vehicle registration to John ASAP when booking), Chorlton St 7.30/7.45am and Aldi/Crispins 7.45/8am.  Parking spaces will hopefully be allocated on YELLOW Car Park for this game but not definite as yet, If so it will be limited so please try and get on elsewhere/get dropped off if possible.

You are looking for a white "Mostonian" branded coach.  Normally a double decker coach.

Pick up points (apart from Wembley games) :-

Moston - adjacent to the Asda petrol station at the bottom of Moston Lane close to the corner of Rochdale Road.

 

Stadium - Blue Car Park G off Alan Turing Way. Post code M11 4DW.

 

Town - outside The Church Pub (formerly known as Churchills Pub) or as close to as possible half way down Chorlton Street. Post Code M1 3HN

 

Aldi / Crispins - Bus stop outside Aldi (former Crispins Social Club) - Lloyd Street before the junction with Platt Lane. Post Code M14 7LA.

 

Please note that it is ILLEGAL to take alcohol on coaches travelling to and from sporting events. 

SMOKING IS ALSO NOT PERMITTED ON THE COACH AT ANY TIME.

Coach seats are not allocated - it is First Come, First Served.

Branches are reminded to submit insurance forms to John if running their own bus to games (7 days before the game. Europe NOT included)
